Our contractor management services include working with a client from concept to completion, from the time the project is decided, to scope development, viability assessment and beyond construction.

Facilitate development of a clear project brief
Assist the client in the procurement of necessary and appropriate contractors including the clear definition of their roles and responsibilities.
Establish in conjunction with the client, other consultants and all relevant authorities, the site characteristics, and constraints
Define the specialist consultant’ s scope of work and services
Conclude the terms of the agreement with the client for contractors
Facilitate a schedule of the required consents and approvals
Prepare and co-ordinate the programme, including definition of key performance indicators like cost, timeline, quality, health, safety and environment
Monitoring and reporting on performance of contractors and consultants against the agreed service levels
Facilitate client approval for all maintenance projects and capital projects.
